About
You're probably wondering, who made this? Whose idea was this? Well here's where you find that out!
Willa Tatum Simmons
Hi, I'm Willa!
I'm a 15-year-old student-athlete from New York City and a setter at IMG Academy. Volleyball has been a huge part of my life for years. It's taught me confidence, discipline, leadership, and resilience, and it has given me a community where I feel like I truly belong.
The idea for Replay came from a simple question: what happens to all the jerseys and athletic apparel that athletes no longer use? Every year, countless jerseys are left behind, while many young athletes and sports programs struggle to access the equipment and apparel they need.
I founded Replay to help bridge that gap. Our mission is to collect and redistribute gently used jerseys and athletic apparel, giving them a second life while helping young athletes continue pursuing the sports they love. By combining sustainability with access to athletics, Replay aims to create opportunities for athletes both locally and around the world.
What began as a small idea has grown into a project with the potential to make a real difference. I'm excited to continue building Replay and helping ensure that every athlete has the chance to step onto the court, field, or track with confidence.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Our Mission:
Replay Project Inc. is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to promoting equity, inclusion, and confidence in youth sports. We collect and donate new and gently used jerseys and sports gear to underfunded schools, youth teams, and community programs — helping young athletes show up with pride and feel like part of the team. Everyone deserves to play. We’re here to make sure they can.
